This type of research is descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 24 pregnant women, the sample in this study was obtained by total sampling. The analysis used is univariate analysis with frequency distribution. The results of this study indicate that most of the respondents with a level of knowledge about the Prevention of Mother-to-Child HIV Transmission (PMTCT) examination were in the moderate category as much as 66.7%. Characteristics based on age 20-35 years, highly educated (85.7%). Most of the pregnant women had already carried out PMTCT checks (100%) and received information related to PMTCT examinations from health personnel. The level of knowledge of pregnant women about PPIA examination at the Nursing Health Center in Kediri city was the most in the medium category. It is hoped that health workers will provide information about PMTCT examinations at health centers and invite them to conduct examinations and provide HIV-related counseling to increase the knowledge of pregnant women regarding HIV.

Key words : HIV / AIDS, Knowledge, PPIA and attitudes of pregnant women.

inayah inayah Copyright (c) 2021 REPRODUKSI http://sia-uniwa.ddns.net:8080/ojs3124/index.php/kebidanan/article/view/211 Sat, 30 Jan 2021 00:00:00 +0700 RELATIONSHIP OF MOTHER'S KNOWLEDGE ABOUT EARLY DETECTION OF IVA METHOD OF CERVICAL CANCER WITH IVA EXAMINATION MOTIVATION AT PUSKESMAS NGELETIH KEDIRI 2020 http://sia-uniwa.ddns.net:8080/ojs3124/index.php/kebidanan/article/view/210
Based on 2015 data at Ngeletih Public Health Center, Kediri City, 10 people had early detection of cervical cancer using the IVA method and 1 person was positive (0.55%), in 2016 as many as 6 people were positive 0 and in 2017 there were 15 positive people 2 people ( 1.09%), medical records at Ngeletih Health Center, Kediri City.
